International Association of Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine (IASRM) — conference registration policies

Registration & Accommodation

All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Accommodation will be on a twin-sharing basis.
Accommodation includes breakfast and lunch. Anything ordered as room service will be paid directly by the customer.
Attendees must submit a copy of their ID proof (Aadhaar card for Indian participants and passport for overseas participants) along with their registration receipt.
Please carry your payment receipt during the conference.
Conference registration is mandatory to attend the congress.

Conference kit is subject to availability for on-the-spot registration.
Gala dinner and jungle safari are not guaranteed for on-the-spot registration.
Gala dinner and jungle safari will not be provided to registrations that do not include these items as per the selected package.

The venue Aahana Resort, Jim Corbett is approximately 250 km from New Delhi. Travel time from Delhi is around 5–6 hours by bus.
A luxurious bus will be arranged from Delhi (a designated meeting point will be shared with registered participants) on 27th October 2023 at 5:30 AM, and will depart from Jim Corbett to New Delhi on 29th October 2023 at 12:00 PM.
Congress, workshop, and scientific hall access is restricted to registered delegates and accompanying persons as per conference policy.
Seats on the bus are subject to availability. Pre-booking is recommended.
During travel, tea, coffee, and soft beverages will be provided. Breakfast and lunch will not be provided during the bus journey.

In order to qualify for any early-bird rate or discounts, registration and payment must be received before the deadline listed on the website or collaterals.
Data Protection: By submitting registration details, delegates agree to allow the International Association of Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine (IASRM) and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding their registration. Delegates who do not wish to receive such communications should contact the events team. Contact details of registered delegates may be placed on the attendee list passed to sponsoring companies and attendees for networking purposes. Delegates who do not wish to be included must advise IASRM at the time of booking.

Photographs, Publicity Material, Radio, Television and Print Media: IASRM reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images, or publicity material received or obtained by IASRM in the course of the event for trade, advertising, sales, publicity, and other purposes deemed proper by IASRM, without compensation to attendees, speakers, sponsors, or exhibitors. All rights and interest (including worldwide copyrights) will be IASRM's sole property.
Disclaimer: IASRM may at any time, with or without notice, in its absolute discretion, change, cancel, or postpone the conference, change its venue, or any published particulars, or withdraw any invitation. Neither IASRM nor any officer, employee, agent, member, or representative shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage, or expense suffered by any person, nor return any money paid in connection with the conference unless satisfied that the money remains under their control and the payer has been unfairly prejudiced — such decision shall be sole, final, and conclusive.
